Smoothies are pretty much the best thing ever for me right now. I need to get lots of fruits and veggies (I am still working on the veggie smoothie thing). I am very proud of this particular smoothie I just made. All it I did was put some frozen pineapple, peaches, some orange juice and some wonderful cashew milk (http://www.elanaspantry.com/cashew-milk/) in a blender and voila! A delicious nutritious smoothie. They're so easy, I haven't found a wrong way to make a smoothie. So please feel free to experiment. But I highly recommend using cashew milk. It's delicious and of course non dairy!
